Is this a prediction of my future?
No. TianEon presents traditional Chinese systems as a way to reflect, not to predict.
How are the charts calculated?
Entirely in code, before any AI is involved. Solar terms come from astronomical tables to the minute; the year changes at the Start of Spring (立春); the day and hour pillars use true solar time from your birthplace's longitude. Zi Wei Dou Shu is computed with the open-source iztro library. The same input always gives the same chart, and the calculation notes are shown on every result.
What does the AI do — and what doesn't it do?
It only writes the words. The AI receives the already-calculated chart as data and turns it into plain language. Every reading is checked against the chart: it may not add, remove or change a pillar, star or line, and it is kept calm — no fear, no health or lifespan claims. If a draft fails those checks it is rewritten or replaced by a template.
I don't know my birth time. Can I still use it?
For BaZi, yes: you'll get three pillars (year, month and day) and the hour pillar is left out; some details, like strength, become less certain and we say so. Zi Wei Dou Shu needs the hour, so it asks for one. The zodiac calculator only needs the date.
Why is my zodiac animal different from what I've read elsewhere?
Most calendars change animal on 1 January or at Chinese New Year. The Four Pillars tradition changes it at the Start of Spring (立春), around 4 February, to the minute. If you were born between late January and mid-February, your animal can differ — the calculator shows both.
What is the Life Candlestick Chart?
A heuristic: one candle per year from birth to age 90, scored 0–100 from your Luck Pillars, each year's pillar and how they meet your natal chart, weighted by your favourable elements. It shows rhythm — busier and quieter stretches — not events. The full rubric is published on the “How the Life Candlestick Chart is scored” page.
What do I get when I buy a report?
A full report written from the same calculated chart, delivered as a web page and a PDF to your email, usually within a few minutes. It's a one-time purchase — no subscription.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
If a report can’t be generated, we refund you automatically. If your chart itself contains a factual error, write to us within 7 days and we’ll correct it or refund you. Delivery problems are fixed straight away. The details are on the refunds page.
What do you store about me, and can I delete it?
We store the birth details or question you enter so we can show your chart, and your email if you buy a report. We never sell data. The facts of a chart — not your name or email — are sent to our AI provider to write the text. You can delete everything at any time from your account, or by writing to us. Which languages do you support?
Ten: English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French and German. Chinese terms are shown in Simplified characters in the Simplified Chinese interface, and in Traditional characters everywhere else.
